Shipping policy

Where we ship

The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. All prices are in US dollars.

Making your order

Everything is made after you order it. Printing usually takes two to five business days, and up to seven for a few items.

Delivery

Then it is posted. Delivery usually takes three to four business days when your piece is made in the country it is going to, such as the US or Canada, and can take up to 20 business days when a parcel has to cross a border.

What it costs

Shipping is worked out at checkout from what is in your order and where it is going. You always see the exact amount before you pay.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. If the tracking has not moved in a few days, write to us at contact@yourmentalhealthpal.com rather than waiting it out.

Digital orders

Nothing ships. Your download link is on your confirmation page and in your email straight away.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, with a print fault, or does not arrive at all, see our Replacements page. We make you a new one and you do not post anything back.
