Ordering and delivery
How long will it take to arrive?
Each piece is printed after you order it. Printing takes a few days, then shipping time on top depending on where you are. The exact window is on the shipping page.
Where does it ship from?
From our print partner, printed at one of its facilities and posted from there. We print in several countries. We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
What does shipping cost?
It is worked out at checkout from what is in your order and where it is going, and you see the exact amount before you pay. There is no minimum order. We charge what it costs to post rather than hiding it in the price.
Can I track it?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment it ships.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Write to us straight away. If it has not gone into production we can change it. Once the print has started we cannot, because it is already yours.
Sizing and fit
What size should I get?
The size guide has chest and length measurements in inches and centimetres for hoodies, crewnecks and tees. Measure one you already like, flat, and match the chest number in the chart. There is nothing to size on mugs, totes, pillows, prints, throws or beanies.
How do I measure?
Take a hoodie you already like, lay it flat, and measure straight across from armpit to armpit. Match that number to the chest column. That is a more reliable method than measuring yourself.
Do the sizes run small?
Hoodies, crewnecks and tees are each cut differently, so go by the chart rather than the size you usually buy. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. All three charts are on the size guide.
The things themselves
What is printed, and where?
On hoodies and crewnecks, twelve inches wide across the chest, with the top of the print three inches below the collar. Deep sage and terracotta ink on the light colours, cream and terracotta on the dark ones. The Hey You hoodie is the exception: a small heart on the front and the words across the back. Pillows and throws are printed edge to edge. The beanies are embroidered, not printed, so those are a single thread colour and a simplified mark.
How should I wash it?
Clothes: cold, inside out, hang to dry, and do not iron directly on the print. Throws and pillow cases are machine washable; the pillow insert is hand wash only. Beanies: hand wash. Mugs can go in the dishwasher.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, and microwave safe. They are eleven-ounce white ceramic, printed on both sides so the handle never splits a word.
Do the prints come framed?
No. They are 12 by 16 inches on thick matte paper and arrive unframed, ready for any standard 12 by 16 inch frame.
Is the pillow insert included?
Yes. Each pillow is 18 by 18 inches and comes filled, with a hidden zip on the case.
How big are the totes?
16 by 14.5 inches with a 5 inch base, and rated to carry up to 30 lb. The straps go over a shoulder.
Replacements
What if the print is wrong?
Send us two photos within 30 days and we will make you a new one, or refund you if you prefer. That covers print faults and damage in transit. You do not post anything back.
What if it does not fit?
We cannot take it back, because it was printed for you. This is the one real downside of made-to-order and it is why the size guide has real measurements for everything that comes in sizes. Full detail is on the replacements page.
Digital downloads
How do I get the files?
The link is on your confirmation page and in your email, straight away. Nothing ships.
Do the links expire?
No. Download them as often as you need.
What do I need to open them?
Any PDF reader. The Cozy Collection arrives as one ZIP file, so unzip it first. Every printable comes in both US Letter and A4, and the tracker has a GoodNotes version sized for an iPad.
Can I print them more than once?
Yes, as many times as you like, for yourself. Please do not resell them or pass the files on.
Other
Do you take custom orders?
Not yet. Everything is drawn in house, one sentence at a time.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars, everywhere, for everyone. Your bank converts at its own rate.
How do I reach a person?
