Refund policy

Eligibility:
Returns and replacements are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or have a misprint.

Process:
To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us at contact@yourmentalhealthpal.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide proof of damage (photos or videos) along with your order details.
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Conditions:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns for reasons other than damage or printing errors are not accepted.
